This project involved a full-scale commercial renovation to transform the space into a modern optical retail shop. Baybuilders managed both the interior and exterior design and renovation. The process began with complete demolition and framing to reconfigure the layout suitable for retail and client consultations.

We installed a professional drop ceiling system and applied commercial-grade finishes throughout. The scope included building a new bathroom and a kitchen breakroom for staff. We also upgraded the building's infrastructure, replacing the HVAC system and installing a new hydronic plumbing system.
