Location: Norwood, MA Budget: $225,000

This project involved a major interior and exterior transformation of a traditional Colonial-style home. The renovation began with significant structural modifications, including the removal of two unused chimneys and the installation of a new steel load-bearing beam to modernize the floor plan and ensure structural integrity.

We reconfigured the layout to improve functionality, adding a brand-new first-floor guest bathroom and a dedicated kitchen pantry. To brighten the interior, we installed a Sun Tunnel for natural light and laid new engineered wood flooring throughout. The project also covered essential infrastructure upgrades, including new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The exterior was fully revitalized with new roofing, siding, and energy-efficient windows.
