This comprehensive project involved a complete interior renovation of the Dean’s Residence located on the Gordon College campus. Our team provided a full "design-build" service, starting from plan development and architectural design through to the final finishes. The renovation focused on modernizing the home's functionality while preserving its classic traditional aesthetic. The scope of work included extensive demolition followed by a complete overhaul of the mechanical infrastructure, including new electrical wiring and updated plumbing systems throughout the house. We successfully transformed the kitchen and three bathrooms, creating bright, inviting spaces that meet the high standards of institutional housing.
