High-End Basement Transformation

Location: Sharon, MA (Cortland Dr) Budget: $130,000

This project involved the complete conversion of a basement into a luxury living space. The renovation required significant structural updates, including reframing, the installation of new lally columns, and the creation of new window openings. We also relocated the exit sliding door to improve the flow of the space.

A key challenge was the uneven existing foundation. We performed extensive concrete slab work and applied self-leveling flooring compounds to create a perfectly flat surface. We installed a brand-new plumbing system from the ground up to support a full-service kitchen and a new modern bathroom.
