This major development project involved the ground-up design and construction of a four-unit townhouse condominium complex near Boston. Bay Builders managed the entire development process, delivering high-end residential units that blend modern aesthetics with functional urban living.

The units feature an open-concept layout with abundant natural light, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly. We installed premium hardwood flooring throughout and designed a chef-inspired kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a central island with seating. The project also included modern staircases with iron balusters and energy-efficient systems.
