This project involved a targeted interior renovation of a townhouse located in the vibrant Jamaica Plain neighborhood. The goal was to refresh the living space with a modern aesthetic while adhering to a strict budget. Our team managed the entire process, starting with selective demolition and following through with extensive drywall installation, plastering, and high-quality painting to create a flawless finish. To combine durability with style, we installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout the home, offering a warm wood look with superior resistance to wear. The renovation also included a complete plumbing update, precise finish carpentry, and the addition of bold design elements to give each room a unique character.
