This comprehensive project involved a full exterior and interior transformation designed in a modern style. The renovation began with major structural updates, including reframing and the installation of a new steel load-bearing beam to support an open layout. We completely upgraded the home's efficiency with a new roofing system, siding, and a modern HVAC setup featuring heat pumps and mini-splits.

To maximize natural light and connect the interior with the outdoors, we installed new Pella windows, sliding doors, and a custom floor-to-ceiling picture window. The interior focuses on comfort and technology, featuring Schluter heated flooring systems throughout the bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
