Location: Boston, MA Budget: $280,000

Located in the heart of Boston’s historic Leather District, near South Station and Chinatown, this project involved a comprehensive interior renovation of a luxury loft space. Our team executed a full demolition of the existing interior to facilitate a complete modernization while respecting the building's character.

The scope of work included extensive structural and utility updates, including new electrical, plumbing, and waterproofing systems. We installed Marvin Historical windows to maintain the building's architectural integrity while improving efficiency. The interior design features a sleek, modern aesthetic highlighted by integrated LED accent lighting and custom finishes.

Key Features & Materials:

  • Kitchen: German-engineered cabinetry by Bauteam paired with Miele appliances.

  • Surfaces: Custom handmade concrete countertops.

  • Bathroom: A spa-like retreat featuring a Zen Bathworks Ofuro Tub, Grohe built-in wall systems, and Kohler fixtures.

Project Credits:

  • General Contractor: Bay Builders

  • Interior Design: Ksenia Bibmashi
